Basically I am bored and you all bug me to review your little tunes neways - might as well condense it all into one place so I can tackle it all when I feel like it - instead of spottily when I don't :P

*NOTE* I will not review songs that you pm me with - this is also a means to unclutter my inbox.

also if you've never listened to my songs - don't be a dick plug your stuff and then leave - review a song or two or I might just decide that you suck and not review you :P - and if you do review a couple lemme know which ones - I'll prolly find them neways - just.. takes up less time for me.

Allright you cretins - the audio IRC room has a few updates - so listen up!

NEW RULES:

1) No plugging of your own audio when you come in - you are allowed to post funny links to stuff and links to OTHER people's music - but not you own, and no alts! >:(

2) No over-discussion of audio - the audio irc room exists for AUDIO musician to talk about stuff that generally gets them banned in the audio forum - like non-audio forum related things. However you are still allowed to discuss audio - but if it gets out of hand I might have to whip out the op tools on you :P

3) No homophobic or hateful behaviour - we have a rather lot of gay people in the audio irc room nad homophobia or other hate related discussion will result in immediate banning of your ip, and possibly your ip range.

4) Don't fuck with the system - attempt to hack the channel will result in blacklisting.

5) Don't spam the channel -the channel is automated to autoban or autokick you after a certain amount of spamming - don't say you were not warned.

6) If you are an op - your responsibilities to the irc room extend to marketing of the irc room outside of IRC as well. Failure to remaine active in this way will result in your de-oppage.

7) When you exit from the irc channel be sure to to do the irc thread HERE and post something related to your adventure there for that day. Not only will this reflect the progress on the irc room - it will help keep it alive and also help to keep the promotional irc thread alive as well.

8) Commenting about funny stuff in the irc room is allowed - however, if it's not funny - don't post it..

9) LURKERS MUST POST HI. It is not our fault if you sign in - lurk - and then leave - and then complain that nobody talked to you. It is your responsibility to break the ice - as we do not know who you are - and if you leave - we do not care. We also might be doing things irl and will be notified if someone speaks - or mentions our username - when the window to irc starts to flash, notifying us.

10) don't bring up subjects that cause extremely hateful debates and or/arrogance and/or "we're better than you" debates - for example - no discussion of Macs, linux, gay bashing, etc.

11) Don't fucking piss the ops off with discussions of "you're wrong" or "my countries such and such is better than yours" .. or just don't fucking piss them off in general - like newgrounds - this will result in a whimful BAN.

on that note we have some op openings! Some north americans would be appreciated as almost all our ops are in europe and when they go asleep - we lose most of our ops! XD Your qualifications will be judged a week or 2 after your continued presence in the irc room. Thats whats really required- constant presence - obsessive dedication - think MOD dedication. Mods are welcome to apply as well.

you can download Seamonkey. It's a non-standard web browser, which is always useful, and it has a fully functioning built in IRC client.

if you cant be assed and want a quick way to get to us:

if you don't have mIRC or an equivalant you can attempt to connect using the NEWER JAVA CLIENT.

That's right - its no longer just by word of mouth that you are an audio forums reg - now it is by MY and Erkie's word of mouth!As the 2 most senior forum members in the audio portal still around.. we have taken it upon ourselves to deem who is a reg and who is not.

Unfortunately, there have been quite a few regs in the past and since I for one can't remember them all I have decided to make a processto comply to:

step 1) You think you're an audio reg? We shall see! If you have been active in the audio forum for at least a year, and have been consistant, and are.. smart.. lol.. then you qualify! Unless you are a mod inwhich case YOU GOT YOUR REWARD ALREADY! >:(

step 2) pm me or erkie with all your qualifying information, and if you are deemed eligible you will have your name under the "certified elite" category in my newspost - and I will also announce your new regness to the forums :P

step 3) once you see your name on here you must make a response to the news post saying "I am now certified Elite!" along with any other comments you might want to make - but the first words MUST BE THAT. Failure to comply or post will result in your name being taken OFF the list and you won't be able to qualify for another month :P Announcement of your regness will as a result only be announced AFTER you finish this step :P

step 4) once you are a certified elite reg you can take advantage of all the benefits an elite member has - pwning noobs, talking about the good old days, etc etc - without me or erkie shutting you down and telling you to stfu - and then getting shunned :P

bad news - I seem to be slowly going deaf. Enjoy my songs while they last. If it gts to a certain stage I am gonna stop music forever - no use risking my well being to please others..

Yup - after 5 long years - I've decided enough is enough. Never was really a "good" audio musician neways - just did so many that people started to notice.

I would keep submitting - however, I dont really see a point anymore. Maybe now and then i might come out of retirement to make something - but it definitely isn't on the top of my priority list anymore.

I see everyones songs go down every day and I wonder "whats the point of the charts? They no longer reflect what is GOOD - only what is WHORED."

and I have so many songs - that even if i do get a good score day - they only seem to end up clogging the charts and then down they go again.

Oh and any new songs? Zeroed automatically.
